This is an evening visit to a vantage point looking west into the sunset with views over Tha Lane Bay (Ao Thalane) to Ko Yao Noi and Ko Yao Yai in the middle distance, and Phuket on the skyline, with many smaller islands in close. You park near the road, and buy a ticket for the songthaew which will take you to the top (there is no parking up there), but you can get 50% of the ticket price back on your food and beverage bill. The food is good, a bit fusion, plenty of choice of drinks, although it is a bit of a scramble for tables as everyone wants to have the best view of the sunset!
